WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew

* Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory

* Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation

* Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines

* Serve as the on-call contact outside of normal business hours for movers remaining out in the field

* Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

* Driver's license with good driving record

* Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task

* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

* Effective communication skills

* Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values

* Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 100 lbs. or more

* Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook

* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

* Work Week - 7:00am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Friday; 7:00am - 11:30am Saturday

Work is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards, however, occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds may be necessary. Local travel in a company vehicle may be required.
