Job DescriptionJoin a top-tier manufacturing company as an experienced Operations Manager and take the lead in driving operational excellence in a growing and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage production schedules for all manufacturing equipment.
  • Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and production processes.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA and SQF).
  • Train and support a bilingual workforce, ensuring employees are well-versed in production and safety protocols.
  • Implement a preventative maintenance program and Lean Manufacturing tools to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Production/Operation Management, or Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations (SQF and OSHA).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with reporting procedures, record-keeping, and managing a diverse team.
  • Basic or conversational Spanish is preferred; experience in packaging product manufacturing is a plus.
