Operations Managers work with the District Manager to supervise a team of technicians and be responsible for their day-to-day activities, coaching in the field, skill level training, establishing service standards, conducting performance reviews, and interviewing. The Operations Manager has direct responsibility for gross profit performance of the district through inventory management; equipment; material; and manpower utilization. It will be necessary for the successful candidate to develop proficiency with the Enterprise Information System (EIS) to best manage their responsibilities. You will have an immediate impact on the business and gain experience running your own Profit & Loss Statement. Base salary plus bonuses in addition to outstanding benefits including 401k with match, profit sharing, plus health, life and disability plans. You will work Monday - Friday during normal business hours with little or none weekend work. Starting base salary of $65 - $70k with a 16% bonus and company vehicle provided.
