Lead and supervise teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and profitability. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of initiatives. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demands. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions. Conduct regular performance reviews of staff, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.Job RequirementsAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, manuals and work instruction.Must be proficient in computers.Bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 25 poundsEducationCollege degree in Construction management or equivalent education/experience plus 3 to 4 years of project management experience.Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams. Proficient in profit loss analysis and financial management principles. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Solid understanding of sales strategies and business development practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement. Strategic planning capabilities to align operational objectives with overall business goals.
