Overview: The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the overall performance of the warehouse. - Start of day - Review SLA statuses for all orders and Jira ticketsPrioritize all staffing and daily expectations.
- Check staffing for the day.
- Check the planned forecast for the day vs actual orders.
- Use Labor Planning Tool if needed.
- Review Fulfillment Overview report in ToolBob.
- Review batch and pick/pack volume.
- Prioritize expedited orders.
- Create cluster carts.
- Create batch orders.
- Review Pick Exceptions. Research and Resolve.
- Review Appointment Plus and Inbound workload.
- Strategize for the day per SLA need and incoming shipments.
- Review B2B/Vas department needs for the day.
- Prioritize orders by SLA and client type.
- Review JIRA and engage ICQA.
- Daily start up meeting with ICQA
- Review JIRA and strategize by SLA.
- Review SFN FOP's and Tickets
- Engage the needed to parties to achieve resolution.
- Complete or assign replenishment needs
- Check Slack and email and respond accordingly.
- Review and complete any tasks from previous day

- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience in a supervisory position. Preference for an associate or bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with all MS Office applications and ability to learn applicable application software
- Possess strong communication (oral and written), statistical and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain workflow while professionally responding to issues as they arise in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead as a hands on manager that engages at the team level and is flexible in schedule in order to adjust and respond to operational needs
- Ability to travel to other MRS locations, customer locations, and training/networking opportunities
