Founded as a small booth at a marketplace in Rio back in 1997, the brand now has more than 100 stores around the country, stores in the U.S. and in Europe.

To continue to co-construct the next chapter and beyond, we're looking for a talented and inspiring Operations Manager to join us in NY. We'd love to get to know you if you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations, ideally within the fashion industry. You'll be responsible for:

Operational Oversight

• Manage the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth processes.
• Monitor and ensure performance on all 3PL's warehouses

Process Improvement

• Lead operational projects aimed at improving productivity, cost savings, or quality.

Financial Oversight

• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-efficiency in all processes.
• Monitor and control expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Participate in setting long-term objectives, business plans, and strategic goals.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within fashion industry.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of operational software (e.g., ERP systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
