The team is looking for an experienced food manufacturing professional to lead their sous-vide packaging plant in both production and warehousing. Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage production of a 90-person plant
- Oversee warehousing and ensure efficient processes are in place
- Create and establish solutions to efficiency problems on both production lines and warehousing
- Ensure processes are compliant with corresponding regulatory agencies' policies and requirements
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on new product development
- Oversee food safety and quality programs
Production Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years food manufacturing experience
- Strong working knowledge of USDA/FDA guidance and regulations and GFSI requirements
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
