Summary:
Management level position, responsible for leading the operations side of our Contractor and Construction business. Looking for a forward thinking, problem solver, interested in helping manage our team and grow our business.
Reports to: Construction Sales Manager and Profit Center Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
+ College Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
+ Proven work experience in a management role
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Two or more years of Operations Management Experience
+ Two or more years experience leading a team of 15 or larger
+ Electrical Distribution or similar Distribution experience

Working Conditions:
Standard office environment and distribution warehouse environment. Most days will be spent in the office but there will be time spent working with our warehouse and logistics team in the warehouse.

Essential Job Functions:
+ Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
+ People management skills. One of the most important responsibilities of an Operation Manager is leading our inside team and supervising daily operations.
+ Team effort with PC Manager and Sales Manager on recruiting and hiring
+ Leading daily operations of the business
+ Recruit, train, and supervise our inside staff, consisting of: Inside Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, and Back-office.
+ Work together with PC Manager and Sales Manager to grow and expand the business.
+ Periodic evaluation of current processes and determine areas for improvement.
+ Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
