POSITION SUMMARY This is a skilled position requiring the individual to be responsible for all operations, including but not limited to: management of forepersons, crushing crews, scheduling, material production and project budgets. This is a full-time exempt position generally working Monday through Friday Travel will be required. Position Requirements - Associate or bachelor's degree in civil, mining or construction engineering; construction management or another construction-related curriculum; geology; or manufacturing process and design
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other company programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
