Savannah Services Group, LLC. ( SSG  ) is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of one of our subsidiary companies, Force Multiplier OST, LLC. The Operations Manager will be the second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business, reporting directly to the CEO.The Operations Manager's goal is to create and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, boost productivity, and achieve SSG and Force Multiplier OST Ë s stated goals and objectives.The Operations Manager's role will be managing the day-to-day operations of a GovCon Operational Support Team, Project Management Office, and Contract Management Department supporting new federal contract phase-ins, continued operational and project support, audits throughout contract life cycles, and training for prime federal contractor project management on their prime contracts. The types of prime federal contracts include a variety of NAICS codes from construction, facilities support services, staffing, Municipal Services, MATOC, BOSS federal contracts, and other contracts.ResponsibilitiesWork with the board and CEO to establish growth and profitability targetsWork and collaborate with Sister Companies  to support our client companiesDevelop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectivesBuild the team, systems, and other resources necessary to execute the strategy and drive measurable resultsEstablish policies that promote company culture and visionBuild a unified team around the shared vision to drive the business forwardLead and manage the daily operations of the company, including staffing, logistics, and project managementCollaborate with the leadership team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and overcome constraintsAnalyze and interpret key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions to ensure operational efficiency and profitabilityOversee company P&L and departmental budgetsWork with accounting/finance teams on forecasting and cash managementIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficienciesDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in operational and project management inclusive of leading new contract phase-ins of prime federal contractsProven track record of leading and managing federal contracting teams to achieve operational excellenceStrong strategic planning and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisionsStrong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plusPMP certifications a plusForce Multiplier OST, LLC. offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement.
