Insight Global is looking for an Operations Manager to support and provide general oversight to our large Telecommunication clients Corporate HQ Hotel. The Operations Managers will oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring departments run smoothly and efficiently. They will also be heavily involved in financial management as it relates to Hotel Operations such as: monitoring/managing budgets, revenue management, subsidy management, expenses, financial performance, reporting, and payroll. This person will be responsible for vendor management, operational management, and overall strategic planning on the business side of the Hotel. They will be expected to collaborate with key stakeholders to summarize business and financial data for executive presentations to evaluate and provide recommendations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with experience in the hotel/hospitality industry pairing strong corporate experience with open market hotel management experience.
