The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential facilities, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services. The director will manage staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field
