- Implement policies and standard operating procedures and manage quality, customer service, and logistics.
- Assist employees with the onboarding process when hired
- Address customer concerns with suitable solutions.
- Guide employees on understanding and meeting changing customer needs and expectations.
- Develop initiatives for process improvement and review and assess ongoing operations.
- Analyze and control materials, supplies, and equipment operational expenses.
- Connect with clients and develop strategies to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Track and replenish inventory to maintain par levels.
- Organize warehouse design to maximize space for stock while allowing for high-volume traffic zones.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing materials inventory based on physical counts and systems.
- Establish and maintain good relations with customers, vendors, and transport companies.
- Hire, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet tight schedules and demanding performance targets.
- Make sure the building and Yard are maintained
- Order material for the branch inventory from Germany
- Schedule all forklift maintenance
- Schedule trucks Incoming / Outgoing
- Keep the office areas clean as needed
- Make sure employees hold Safety Meetings at least twice a month
- Ensure employees are following company policy and safety guidelines
- Help with the budget for next year for your branch location

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Typically in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Graduate-level candidates with an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus!
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field (may vary depending on the company size and industry).Prior experience in a supervisory or management role overseeing teams and operations.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and cost control is often required.
- Experience in process optimization, project management, and lean management methods may be preferred.
- Scaffolding experience is a plus!
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency with data analysis, KPIs, and performance metrics. Ability to generate reports and provide actionable insights.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Experience in managing logistics, procurement, and inventory systems for seamless operations.
- Leadership & People Management: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team. Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions quickly.
- Budget Management: Proficient in financial planning, cost management, and resource allocation to optimize operational expenses.
