Requirements / Qualifications* Prior experience with school operations required - B.A. or equivalent work experience required - Prior experience working with justice-involved individuals preferredJob SummaryJob SummaryThe Operations Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Operations & Student Retention and is accountable for supporting teachers by tracking data on student outcomes and assisting with assessments and transcript requests. They will lead the team in recruiting students, managing student information, and auditing for compliance with California Ed. Code regarding Independent Studies. Additionally, the Operation Manager works closely with the Principal and Director of Student Services to ensure consistent application of all Five Keys policies and excellent support for all students. We are looking for someone who insists on maintaining a positive attitude and enjoys supporting a diverse group of people.
