DescriptionWe are seeking a proficient Operations Manager to join our team in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer interactions, maintaining precise customer records, addressing customer inquiries and managing the day-to-day. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) processes.- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations and standards.- Monitor and manage budget processes effectively.- Uphold excellent communication with both internal team members and external relationships.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements and ensure team adherence.- Ensure regular review and update of customer credit applications and records.Requirements- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems- Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning- Strong understanding of dispatch, scheduling and day-to-day operations- Experience in managing Budget Processes- Excellent Communication skills- Knowledge of Compliance procedures and regulationsRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
