Train, coach, and mentor your team to develop consistent and Best in Class execution and customer service. Oversee the development and execution of individual development plans for each of your direct and indirect reports. Ensure that all areas are staffed according to budget and maximized for customer needs. In conjunction with human resources, hire, train, develop, and manage the performance of all Team Members. Responsible for monitoring store wage and expense control programs. In conjunction with the General Manager and human resources, identify wage and expense budget variances and take corrective action where necessary. Responsible for oversight of all cash management policies, procedures, and practices.
