Warehouse Operations Manager We are seeking a dynamic and organized Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse. What do you get to do in this position? Lead, mentor and empower a diverse team of warehouse staff to foster a safe, supportive and inclusive work environment. Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements to maintain a secure and healthy work environment. Responsible for safety, performance, quality, and engagement of warehouse operations. Will handle day-to-day operation, deploy Schneider management systems, and drive transformation and improvement projects. Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic improvements to optimize efficiency. Initiate and deploy all necessary actions to ensure and improve warehouse operation performance including Inventory Control, Inbound, and Outbound Warehouse Supervisors, operations, security, efficiency, and quality. Participate warehouse projects to set up, expand, and improve the development of warehouse infrastructure. Organize the layout of warehouse, improve warehouse capacity and efficiency. Evaluates processes, capital expenditures, makes recommendations and participates in achieving objectives while fulfilling budgetary and financial obligations for distribution center. Lead warehouse team to carry out department plan to meet company targets, continuously enhance working efficiency and reduce warehouse cost. Support Warehouse Supervisors the management of their departments. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and programs for DC operating equipment. Other duties and responsibilities as needed. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related . Proven leadership in warehouse/logistics management or a related field. Familiar with warehouse management systems (prefer SAP and/or Oracle) Excellent organizational, time management, decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of or experience in a lean manufacturing environment Very strong interpersonal skills including strong conflict resolutions skills Ability to envision team improvements and rally the team to achieve them Positive, enthusiastic, team player, champion for the business and our customers.
