About the role

As the founding member of the Growth & Operations team, you will be responsible for helping build and scale various functions across Stuut. You will get exposure to a significant part of the organization to identify the highest priority areas of focus and then execute your own game plan.

Stuut deploys AI agents to automate accounts receivable workflows from invoice creation through cash application ($125T market). By creating insights from structured and unstructured data from all customer interactions, Stuut enables AI agents and humans to make faster decisions to collect cash from their customers. With Stuut, customers decrease DSO, reduce overhead payment transaction costs, and reduce outstanding cash balances to optimize working capital.

What You'll Do

• You will get to work on many problems, across many areas of the business including: Growth, GTM strategy, Customer Success, Operations, and Product.

Example projects include

• Ensure our customers are successful in using our product
• Build a scalable outbound motion to support our sales team using Clay, Zapier, and HubSpot
• Build product analytics tracking in Retool

What you need

• 4+ years of experience at a high growth startup, in management consulting, or investment banking (ideally in a senior manager+ role within Ops or Senior Analyst/Associate)
• You are known as someone who excels at fixing and scaling things, across a wide variety of functions
• You know how to build and you love data, ideally with a background in software development or financial modeling
• You want extreme ownership. You see problems, identify solutions, implement them, and scale them before anyone else even notices there is a problem
• You think AI and automation first, to be as efficient as possible
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire to jump on calls with our customers
