Role Description

This is a contract role for an Operations Manager located on-site in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of operations.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Resource Management, and Process Optimization skills
• Experience in managing teams and optimizing operational processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of business and technology environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Experience with project management and data analysis is a plus
• Mus have strong presentation development skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
