Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, coaching & training, safety, and quality.
- Oversee the facility budget and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, corporate, and supply chain standards.
- Develop and nurture a high-performance work team, fostering growth and operational excellence.
- Leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, compliant work environment, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Use LMS (Learning Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide coaching and training to employees, ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, OR 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within distribution or manufacturing.Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with a focus on growth.Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, particularly Lean and Six Sigma.Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
