This individual will play a critical role in ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will be a champion of continuous improvement, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate a passion for leveraging technology and innovation to optimize processes. This role requires a strong focus on both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that operations consistently meet and exceed expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Oversee and manage daily operational functions, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Act as the primary liaison between USPS and Community Impact Printing, managing all aspects of mail operations. Support publishers and general managers with circulation needs, updates, and changes. Serve as a subject-matter expert on postage, mail-piece design, and mailing requirements.Vendor & Facility Management: Evaluate, maintain, and negotiate contracts with key vendors for all operational needs. Develop and implement strategies for facility upkeep and maintenance across all locations. Oversee building-related projects, including construction, repairs, and renovations.IT Infrastructure & Support: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of phones, printers, networking equipment, and other essential systems. Facilitate IT repairs, upgrades, and software deployments. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptop deployment, software setup, and security system access. Administer all third-party software and enterprise communication platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and Dialpad). Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and supplies, including a computer refresh plan.Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify and address areas where operational processes are weak or absent. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Document existing and new infrastructure and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.Employee Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to all employees with facilities and technology-related needs.
