We are looking for an Operations Manager for our client in Cleveland! You will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring client objectives are met.
Operations Manager
Salary: $55,000-$60,000
Direct Hire
Hybrid after 60 days – 3 days in office and 2 days at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Ensure alignment with corporate and client goals, driving team and organizational success.
- Develop, adapt, and implement processes to meet the evolving needs of clients and internal teams.
- Supervise management staff, providing education, guidance, and support as needed.
- Monitor dashboards to ensure work remains on schedule, adjusting staffing to address any backlogs or out-of-target tasks.
- Track staff productivity and collaborate with supervisors to address performance outliers.
- Participate in client meetings as needed to discuss process efficiencies and address billing issues.
- Analyze process flows to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Oversee daily activities of all direct reports, ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Assess work volumes across divisions to allocate resources appropriately.
- Evaluate and determine staffing needs based on current and forecasted client volume.
- Provide clear direction to management staff on task priorities and objectives.
- Monitor staff performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and address underperformance through coaching plans, warnings, or disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience managing staff in a business environment.
- Proficient in using software systems and tools relevant to business operations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing team members.
- Strong skills in setting priorities and effectively communicating objectives to staff.
- Exceptional integrity, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software applications.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
