About the Role
You will support the General Manager in the daily duties of the site. Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures. You will ensure that all bus routes are constantly operating and adequately servicing the client's needs. You will be involved in hiring staff and training them. This position requires constant attention to ridership numbers and the ability to make changes accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to prove intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
- Prior knowledge of DMV policies and procedures is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Operation Management is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced Computer Skills that include knowledge of excel
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational skills that include the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Prior knowledge of DMV policies and procedures is preferred but not required.
- Commercial Drivers License with passenger and airbrake endorsements is preferred
