We seek a dynamic Operations Manager who can expertly manage operations in Georgetown and Lago Vista locations.Job Overview We are looking for an experienced operations leader with comprehensive expertise in venue management, staff scheduling, alcohol inventory control, and event execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic approach to managing diverse food and beverage locations while maintaining consistently high service standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations across our venues in Georgetown and Lago Vista
  • Recruit, hire, and train banquet staff, including Event Managers, Bartenders, Servers, and Dishwashers
  • Develop and execute precise staff scheduling across venues, ensuring optimal staffing levels while maintaining fiscal responsibility
  • Demonstrate proven experience in alcohol inventory management, including strategic ordering, quality control, and compliance with TABC regulations
  • Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with meticulous attention to detail, consistently achieving 5-star guest experiences
  • Spearhead food and beverage operations, maintaining venue cleanliness and upholding company standards
  • Manage venue budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial efficiency
  • Attend weekly BEO meetings and effectively communicate critical event information to the team
  • Provide ongoing employee development through training, coaching, and constructive feedback
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven track record in multi-venue staff scheduling and operations management
  • Extensive knowledge of alcohol inventory management and ordering processes
  • TABC certification
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and work extended hours standing/walking
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening

Work Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • Weekend and evening availability required

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $67,000
