Luminary Group have partnered with a leading Life Sciences company that is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Real World Evidence (RWE) team. Their RWE team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and insights that help healthcare organizations navigate the complexities of the real-world healthcare environment. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of their RWE projects, ensuring efficient and effective project execution and delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and project managers, to meet project goals and deliver high-quality results to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the Real World Evidence (RWE) projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, assign tasks, and establish project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee data management activities, including data acquisition, cleaning, and integration, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality deliverables and cost effectiveness.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, executive leadership, and internal teams.
- Continuously improve operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and quality enhancement.
- Mentor and develop the operations team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry.
- Prior experience in managing Real World Evidence (RWE) or Real World Data (RWD) projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
