Looking for an Operational Manager/COO (Chief Operation Officer) - REMOTE. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, finance, or sales (not required). Must have a current real estate license in good standing or be willing to obtain the license before hire.The COO will be the company's voice, hands, and legs. Responsibilities include:Setting up and conducting the ONBOARDING AGENT PROGRAM  and DAILY MANDATORY MEETING  for All Real Estate Consultants, Inc. using Teams  or Zoom  .Setting up and promoting the 5YMP PROGRAM (FIVE YEAR MILLIONAIRE PROGRAM).Signing off on the 670+ pages Corporate Policy and Procedure & notation manual before hire, available on the company's website.Understanding and using the company's tools on the website to assist clients with property searches, pre-approvals, listings, and more.Promoting the FREE admin fee of $500/mo, payable quarterly, to be collected on the first closing or after a 90-day probation period.Promoting earning potential of up to 100% commission starting at 70%.Promoting free CE classes and full global exposure to all listings.Assisting in hiring a home office manager.Earn unlimited income with unlimited growth potential.
