- Step into a newly created role and use your roofing experience and industry knowledge to oversee and drive the continued growth of an established commercial/industrial roofing company
- Lead a team of roofing professionals and spearhead the expansion of our project management and administrative staff
- Maintain strong client relationships but communicate promptly and professionally to any customer questions or concerns
- Visit job sites several times a week to check progress and assist with any questions or issues on-site
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to strategize attracting new customers and retaining existing clients
- Develop a professional, high-performing team of roofers by providing coaching, training, and handling performance appraisals and any necessary disciplinary actions
- Work with ownership to establish and execute long-term company goals for continued growth and expansion

The Operations Manager will execute the company's strategic vision, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability. This position is ideal for an experienced roofing professional with excellent leadership skills, a strong business sense, and the ability to be forward-thinking and inspire their team to drive towards continued growth.Our Ideal Operations Manager:
- Experienced: At least 5 years of commercial/industrial roofing experience. 1-2 years of construction project management experience.
- Leadership: At least 3 years of leadership experience. Ability to provide accountability and motivate your team to do their best work.
- Self-motivated: Takes initiative to address potential problems and find solutions. A self-starter who actively seeks ways to improve processes and drive results.
- Computer Skills: Able to learn new software/technology.Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ideal Team Player: Humble. Driven. Has a pleasant and professional personality.
- Good Communicator: Able to communicate effectively with customers and your team
- Detailed & Organized: Can prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects happening simultaneously, and develop methods for handling all the essential details.
- Active: Able to bend, kneel, climb ladders on multi-story buildings, walk across uneven terrain, and lift up to 100 lbs.
