Description Position Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic in Tampa, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of administrative processes. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing office functions, supervising administrative staff, and coordinating with medical personnel to deliver outstanding patient care.Office Hours: 40 Hours / WeekLocation: Tampa, FLNO REMOTE POSSIBILITIES - MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE DURING SCHEDULED WORK HOURSResponsibilities:Patient Experience: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by managing appointment scheduling, addressing patient inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Administrative Tasks:

  • Implements office policies and procedures and makes sure regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed.
  • Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative and clinical staff
  • Hires and onboards new administrative and clinical staff
  • Collaborates with other managers/departments and executives
  • Operating room attention: Supplies, equipment, staff, scheduling
  • Doctor on-call schedule
  • Oversee scheduling for main office and satellite offices in Florida
  • Works well independently and has strong operational skills
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the clinic adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of clinical and administrative practices. Implement and monitor company's quality standards.Coordination with Medical Staff: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and analyze reports related to clinic operations, patient metrics, and staff performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred. MBA highly desirable. Relevant certifications or training in medical office management are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare office management. Proven track record of managing staff and handling administrative responsibilities.Skills:
