Are you passionate about fostering creativity and community through the arts? Oye Group, a Bushwick-based creative incubator, is looking for a part-time Operations & Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant new office and workshop space.

As the backbone of our operations, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly, from managing schedules and maintaining the office to coordinating with artists, visitors, and vendors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, arts-focused environments and has a knack for organization and collaboration.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and space usage.
  • Oversee maintenance and inventory while creating a welcoming space for all.
  • Support events and workshops with logistical planning and hands-on assistance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational tasks and key initiatives.
  • Engage with interns and volunteers, coordinating their activities and providing guidance.
  • Handle administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and bookkeeping.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking is strongly preferred, as we engage with a diverse community.
  • Stellar organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, plan events, and communicate effectively.
  • A proactive and welcoming attitude in a fast-paced, artistic setting.
  • Interest in growing within the organization and taking on leadership responsibilities.
