Responsibilities:
+ Interface directly with NHQ factories on production execution, coordinating and communicating program priorities and assisting in resolving day to day issues that occur on the factory floors.
+ EW-IMC CCA & Final Factory
+ Microwave West Factory
+ Coordinate with Supply Chain and Subcontract functions to ensure material availability to maintain program schedules.
+ Work with suppliers as required to address material issues impacting program cost/schedule metrics.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Assist in the implementation and execution of affordability/cost take out projects. Perform data analysis to identify additional opportunities worth pursuing.
+ Work directly with the Affordability OPM to identify and estimate ROI on new project ideas.
+ Coordinate with the quality organization on defect trends and COPQ drivers to create and maintain actionable Root Cause Corrective Action plans.
+ Identify HPU outliers across all builds and develop and maintain actions to resolve.
+ Assist with Control Account Management by providing Earned Value inputs to authorized CAMs.
+ Inclusive of % completion for ongoing tasks.
+ Risk and Opportunity realization/mitigation.
+ Monitoring and reporting status on Program Performance Based Payment (PBP) milestones.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
