- Assist in workload management and personally handle selected projects
- Serve as an escalation point for team members in reference to workload
- Create and update project plans and monitor and ensure project progress remains on track, within timeline, resources, and requirements
- Coordinate documentation across multiple projects, including requirements, agendas, notes and action items, etc.
- Conduct project reviews, prepare and distribute status reports, and ensure internal and external stakeholders receive appropriate communication
- Organize and facilitate project statuses, team members, and working meetings
- Effectively utilize project management tools for project tracking and communications
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks to ensure that all project deliverables are met on time
- Implement quality assurance processes for summer and school-year programs in conjunction with leadership
- Identify opportunities for additional value creation and service enhancement within the project management and operations functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
- Minimum 3 years in project management or an operations/project management role
- Bachelor's Degree or higher required
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and operations
- Tech savvy, and confident working with Google Sheets
- Previous professional experience in education and/or summer camps is a plus
- Inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Clearance of all required background checks
