We call this commitment Care by Design.Job TitleOperations Project Manager - Irvine, CAJob Overview:As an Operations Project Manager you will lead and manage projects from start to finish with initiatives set forth by the Senior Operations Manager. You'll ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget by coordinating resources and adjusting plans as needed while overseeing the Irvine office building functions. You will develop relationships with internal stakeholders, work cross-departmentally, and report outcomes and risks to management. This role will report to the Senior Operations manager and will lead the Facilities team.Responsibilities:* Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation.* Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget projects for the North American Operations function.* Analyze and revise project scope, schedule, or budget as needed.* Maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and changes.* Report project outcomes and escalate issues as necessary.* Lead Facilities team to ensure that all North American facilities provide functional and safe workspaces for employees, guests, and contractors.* Ensure compliance with safety, security, sustainability, design, and upkeep standards.* Organize and plan building installations and refurbishments.* Supervise facilities team and monitor external contractors and vendors.* Maintain facilities up to code and follow maintenance and safety protocols.* Promote standardization of facilities guidelines across all North American sites.* Verify compliance with facilities programs.Education and Experience Requirements:* 3+ years of project management experience* Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or a related industry* Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines* Proven success working with all levels of management* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Great leadership and problem-solving skills* Well-versed in facilities management processes* Excellent presentation skills* Must be open to traveling up to 25% to other facilities/officesSalary Range:The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Irvine, CA is $95,000-$125,000.
