Requirements
* 5-8 years- experience as an ORSA supporting Test - Evaluation activities with test design to include design of experiments
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in hard science, mathematics, or statistics
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting a team of diverse subject matter experts
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and related DOT-E test and analysis tools
* Candidate must possess a current TS/SCI clearance

* Previous JT-E ORSA experience
* Prior experience using SPSS and JMPS
* Prior experience developing various types of process flow diagrams
* CCMD Staff experience, preferably USINDOPACOM.
* Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics planning in the Joint Planning Process, CCMD/Service HQ experience in mobility-redeployment planning, IT data architecture experience, Infrastructure Analyst with focus on DoD budgetary processes.
Description
* Serves as the Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project designed to develop, test and evaluate operating instructions describing the business rules and data architecture to develop a Digital Theater Logistics Plan
* Serves as the ORSA responsible to the DTLP Contract Project Manager and government Test Director in the planning, development, and execution of the test project with dendritic development, test design, test concept, test plan, and data management and analysis and evaluation planning and execution IAW the JT-E Handbook and the subsequent Project Master Plan
* Assists the Project Manager and contract team with development of the Project Plan, Detailed Test Plan, conduct of the test planning, data collection and data management, test reports, conduct of the Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs), Risk Reduction Events (RREs), Field Test events, and leads the team-s test analysis and evaluations, and supports the final out briefings of findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership
* Provides input to the project-s work breakdown structure (WBS), weekly team meetings, weekly and monthly reports and the development and delivery of various contract deliverable items IAW the DTLP PMP
* Uses knowledge of DOT-E test methods to include design of experiments, database development, data collection, reduction, reconstruction, test analysis and evaluation, and use of supporting analysis software tools, such as SPSS and JMPS
* Serves as a member of the DTLP contract team composed of Digital Theater Logistics Plan Project Manager, Subject Matter Analysts, TTP/CONOPS developers, and Test Planners located at Camp H.M. Smith and the Air Force JT-E Office (AFJO), Nellis Air Force Base, NV. Members of the team shall include experience in Logistics Planning in Joint Planning Process, Combatant Command (CCMD) /Service HQ experience in mobility/redeployment planning, IT, data architecture experience, and Infrastructure Analyst with a focus on DoD budgetary processes
