Overview
Responsible for the implementation and validation of tools, systems, services and procedures that achieve the goal of exceeding our guest's expectations by constantly improving Pollo Campero Restaurant Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science or Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Restaurant Operations; can reply upon experience to make sound judgments and accomplish goals
- Proficient in a variety of software systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and able to adapt to new systems easily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English/Spanish bilingual required.
Responsibilities
- Develops and updates of the Standard Operations Manual and any additional operational materials.
- Ensures successful implementation of company processes and programs by testing, documenting, and implementing according to plan.
- Responsible for the implementation of projects from the testing and creation of materials to the communication to the restaurants.
- Identify insights and trends through customer feedback in order to implement potential operational improvements.
- Research and validate new market technologies and equipment ensuring cost and process efficiencies.
- Provide continuous support to the restaurants with the adaptation and implementation of company programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Maintains a continuous improvement mentality by researching new studies and date in the market and proposing recommendations for improvements.
