Overview
The Operations Site Administrator will help lead day-to-day department operations by setting the direction, vision, strategy, and culture for the team. Coordinates activities within the practice to maintain an effective operating environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Master's degree in related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Two to four years healthcare operations, business or administrative experience required, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Other equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be considered.
* Minimum of five (5) years office management preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, customer service and project management skills.
* Excellent phone etiquette.
Responsibilities

* Identifies and implements opportunities to build employee morale and individual
* Responsible for profit and loss performance. Participates in purchasing and inventory management.
* Analyzes and collaborates with Patient Access and Nursing departments to meet the needs of the practice and patients efficiently and
* Works across organization in assisting with area of expertise; i.e. nursing, employee health, medical records, patient engagement. Serves as role model for all
* Helps plan, evaluate, recommend, and implement new initiatives when
* Monitors and helps arrange training for staff on an ongoing basis in accordance with applicable performance standards.
* Responsible for assuring customer/patient service needs are met. Monitors patient service feedback and contributes to the process of resolving complaints and service issues. Plans and initiates process improvement and cost reduction
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, employees, other managers, and providers. Supports a positive image of the center inside and outside the
* Proactively identifies opportunities to expand revenue sources.
* Reports findings and issues to the Director of Operations and CEO on a weekly basis.
