Regular paid trips home to stay connected with family and loved ones. We understand the importance of balance, so while you're learning and growing with us, we'll ensure you're supported every step of the way.* Permanent Relocation Assistance: For Wisconsin-based candidates, we offer permanent relocation assistance to our new facility on the East Coast. Relocation costs will be determined based on your current residence and specific relocation needs.* Compensation Structure: Base salary + profit-based bonus incentive* Total Compensation: $93,000 - $128,000 annuallyPurpose & Summary: Dynamic provides comprehensive lifecycle management for used electronics to keep technology out of landfills, protect our customer's data, and recover value from outdated technology. As the Operations Site Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn and train at our headquarters in Onalaska, WI, and our Nashville, TN facility before deploying to a new satellite location to start up and oversee all functions of the new facility. Scope of responsibilities will include managing operations for two business segments and leading our onsite maintenance, facilities, and administrative team. This role requires hands on, dedicated leadership to transplant our culture, values, and high standards to a new location, and the Operations Site Manager will be accountable for fostering a people-first, safety-first environment.Responsibilities include:* Operational Management: Oversee safety, quality, continuous improvement, inventory management, logistics, and production planning.* Team Leadership: Coach and serve supervisors and production team members, removing barriers and maximizing their potential.* Full Employee Lifecycle: Manage hiring, training, performance management, and retention.* Strategic Planning: Deploy changes that optimize operations while focusing on team member experience, lean methodologies, and profitability.* Financial Management: Oversee the site budget and report on key metrics, including financial performance.* Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to streamline manufacturing processes and maximize output.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact for shared services like EHS, Corporate Responsibility, and People Operations.Education & Experience:* Required: 3-5 years of management experience leading manufacturing or processing operations, including P&L responsibility. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* Preferred: Experience in electronics recycling and knowledge of related commodities.Skills & Abilities:* Warehouse Operations: Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, lean principles, and resource management.* Financial Acumen: Basic accounting, financial, and budgeting knowledge.* Corporate Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate functions like facilities, logistics, and maintenance.* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.* Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Computer Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.* Leadership: Proven ability to care for others while confidently handling crucial conversations.Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations strives to be an employer who stands out from the crowd, and we believe differences that make us unique should be celebrated on an individual level as well.
