We are looking for someone with a critical mindset, who is constantly looking to improve the status quo and interested in process improvement / automation / execute business transformation strategies alongside BAU. This person needs to be able to operate strategically whilst also happy being in the detail day to day.
The role can be split into 3 lenses:
Managing the front-to-back operations for futures & options High focus on strategic projects and process improvements Managing relationships with their FCMs Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, mathematics or other related fields.
- 7-15 years in an investment firm, bank or multi strategy hedge fund working in middle office/trade support
- Futures & Options product knowledge is essential
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and/or SQL/Python
