Expected salary range of $115,200 to $128,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION This individual is responsible for managing department procedures, department initiatives and performance indicators, necessary to support effective operation. To achieve consistently high levels of performance in the area of plant operations, the Operations Specialist routinely interface with the operating crews and site counterparts to ensure continuous improvement of operating procedures and department initiatives. The Operations Specialist maintains 10CFR50.59 qualifications and the necessary ANSI qualifications. This Operations Specialist role can be filled at Mid-level or Senior level. Please see minimum qualifications list below for each level PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage or support technical projects and department initiatives as deemed necessary by the Sr Manager Operations Support and Services. Ensure the backlog of procedures requiring revisions is monitored and resolved in a time commensurate with the deficiency Maintain the Emergency Operating Procedures, FLEX and B.5.b as required Support operations procedure-driven PORC presentations. Maintain 50.59 qualifications to support procedure changes Monitor the EOP owner's group. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Operations Specialist BS in Technical discipline with 2 years of applicable experience Associate degree with 3 years directly applicable OR High school Diploma with 6 years directly applicable experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS SR Operations Specialist BS in Technical discipline with 6 years applicable experience OR Associates Degree with 8 years directly applicable with 4 years exempt position experience OR High School Diploma with 10 years directly applicable experience with 5 years exempt position experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SR Operations Specialist Current NRC SRO license or SRO Certification, or Previous SRO 10CFR50.59 Qualifications
