What Will My Ownership Scope Look Like?

The Operations Specialist supports the organization by owning, executing and improving operational processes. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. The Operations Specialist will identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to optimize performance.

Core Operations:

  • Process commissions from receivables to payables
  • Validate data integrity
  • Reconcile Power Kiosk's payables and receivables via QuickBooks and online banking
  • Broker Support
  • Deal desk management
  • When needed, back up other members of the operations team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
