Job Description:
About the Position:We are looking for an Operations Specialist to work as a key team member, focusing on day to day company operations, new client implementations, customer support, and client account management while aligning objectives with our overall business strategy. They will also assist as a liaison with Operations, Finance, Sales, Product and Technical teams as necessary. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, process oriented, strategic and self-motivated operations individual to be directly involved in the innovation of the payments industry. What You ll Do:
  • 30% Operations (day to day tasks such as client funding management, account reconciliations and transfers, organizational management, etc.)
  • 30% New Client Implementation and Account Management. Onboarding activities include console set-up, uploading JSON and/or Postman code. Help with customer Go-Live process.
  • 30% Customer Support (end user support). Talk with end-users and help resolve problems/issues.
  • 10% other tasks as needed (process documentation, operations strategy, etc.)
What You ll Bring:The following describes the general qualifications and physical, sensory and mental abilities normally associated with performing the essential functions of this position.
  • Must know the basics of Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills, including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Must be a team player, diplomatic and professional when dealing with others.
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • Data Visualization experience with Excel, Tableau, or other tool
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Must be able to receive and analyze data.
  • Must be organized and analytical.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate via e-mail and other written methods, using correct English language grammar and spelling.
  • Highly professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Must be able to resolve problems on a daily basis, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
Nice to haves:
  • Payments or Financial industry experience
  • Technical experience and high level of computer knowledge (will work with Postman, JSON, AI, etc.)
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • A BS degree or equivalent experience (Masters is preferred)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in professional experience
Traditional Physical Requirements
  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
Requires ability to work in open concept office team environment where other team members are interacting.
