Job DescriptionThe Staff Pad is looking for a detail-oriented Operations/Quality Assurance Specialist in Chickasha, Oklahoma to review internal processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate to build solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a positive individual seeking a role in a successful, values-based company with a healthy work culture. This candidate will study processes that directly affect the experience of clients. Besides previous experience with quality systems, the successful candidate will also bring a strong business mind, demonstrate the ability to build trust, exhibit curiosity, possess basic analytic skills, and be an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate has industry as well as project management experience and understands ISO standards. Working from our Chickasha office, the Operations Specialist will be a valued member of our Operations team. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
