JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage operational processes, systems, and personnel to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality products and services in alignment with Company and customer specifications.
Key operational areas include receiving, incoming inspection, resolution of non-conforming materials (NCR), preparation of customer documentation, shipping, inventory, warehousing, quality management, and ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by developing and enforcing standards and procedures, adhering to regulations, and serving as the site representative for regulatory matters.* Design and execute operational plans incorporating necessary processes, systems, and workforce requirements to effectively manage tasks by analyzing workflows, space, and equipment needs.* Collaborate with the GM, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Managers to forecast demand and optimize operational strategies, equipment, and workforce to enhance efficiency and achieve objectives.* Provide operational insights and recommendations during strategic planning and reviews.* Develop and manage annual and monthly operational budgets in partnership with the management team to meet performance goals.* Track budgets, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to stay on target.* Fulfill supervisory duties in line with company policies and legal requirements.* Conduct employee evaluations, addressing performance and implementing corrective measures as needed.* Establish, manage, and maintain a quality management system that complies with ISO standards.* Oversee and approve quality management plans for both new and ongoing programs.* Support the Supply Chain team in creating and applying quality plans for all programs.* Identify and resolve non-conforming materials, implementing corrective actions.* Lead the recruitment, selection, and training of new and existing employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing or distribution experience REQUIRED.
Proven experience with ISO9001:2015 certification.
Background in warehousing and distribution operations, including associated processes and systems.
Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Global Shop is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel to service providers and other Company locations globally.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing this role, employees are frequently required to sit, walk, stand, and communicate both in person and via phone. Regular use of hands to operate office equipment is required, along with the ability to reach and lift up to 25 pounds.
Visual abilities needed include close and distance vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment is typically an office setting with noise levels ranging from quiet to moderate. In some cases, employees may work near moving equipment and could be exposed to chemicals, biological hazards, fumes, outdoor conditions, or loud noise for prolonged periods.
