Responsibilities:
* Follow all pertinent DocGo policy and procedures
* Functions as an on-line supervisor, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality and effective service.
* Provide top-tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.
* Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.
* Works as part of a supervisory team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication.
* Monitors operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.
* Regularly oversees site stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness.
* Ensures that personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition.
* Ensures all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion.
* Duties may include scheduling and staffing, logistics management, clinical and administrative QA/QI, and performance management.
* Manages and supports the team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling.
* Perform all other Critical Care Paramedic duties.
* Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* WI Paramedic License
* WI Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement
* Valid Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
* BLS - Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
* ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
* Experience leading a team
* Organization and problem solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
