Position: Operations SupervisorLocation: Malta, NY

Arnoff Moving & Storage is seeking a skilled and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for managing teams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a special field operations. You will be reporting to the General Manager of our Final Mile Department. You will actively manage driver performance, provide support throughout the delivery day, and handle real-time issues reported from the field. Fostering an environment of open communication with the teams in the field is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily dispatch and route assignment and performance.
• Driver / workforce development and appraisals
• Driver payroll and vendor settlements
• Participate in company and customer meetings
• Internal and external Standard Operating Procedure and Key Performance Indicator compliance
• Respond to inquiries from the teams providing support and guidance
• DOT and driver safety monitoring and compliance
• Serve as the operations liaison for the internal team
• Foster an environment of open communication and working with others.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior Experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and HOS regulations
• Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
