Pay Range: $58,500.00 - $76,726.00Under general supervision, organizes staff, oversees, and controls the performance of work assigned to the operations department. Maintains effective communication with other departments in order to facilitate workflow and maximize customer service. May be required to supervise multiple departments if needed.Education and Experience:Associates Degree and/or equivalent business experienceSupervisory experience preferredSkills and Abilities:Accounting principles, organizational skills, basic banking practices, knowledge of bank productsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPC skills in a Windows environment to include Word/ExcelRegulations governing deposit/loan accountsPerformance management skills with ability to supervise staffUnique Job Characteristics and Requirements:Could occasionally be required to work outside of normal business hours including evenings or weekendsTasks Performed:30% Provides supervisory support, direction, and training to assigned staff.
