Key responsibilities & duties:
- Contact to the customers/shippers to get Booking requests, release Bookingconfirmation
- Contact to carriers/airlines/vendors to solve all issues during Booking handling
- Submit SI/VGM to carrier/airlines, issue HBL/HAWB
- Declare AMS/ISF/ACI/AFR...
- Follow up, track & trace shipment until arrival
- Do debit note, settle payment to carrier/airlines, release cargoes
- Coordinate with oversea agent/KAM/sales to handle cargoes
- Manage all shipments/troubles in a team
- Cross-department communication with colleagues
- Communication and alignment with regional functions in English language
- Other related jobs under the assignment of Senior Operation Manager
Academic or trade qualifications/ Work experience and skills:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ForeignTrade/Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management andshipping.
- Experience candidates in Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics , especially for US/CAtrade lanes
- Outgoing & Friendly
- Service minded
- Engaged and flexible
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
- Innovative - trying to see possibilities rather than problems
- Works independently and good at team working
- Good English skills
