- Responsible for coordinating, managing and monitoring operations
- Ensuring the health and safety of team members
- Oversight of product quality and financial viability
- Provide accurate and timely reporting
- Engage continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee effective and efficient shipping, receiving, and maintenance of equipment.
- Professional development of staff
- Provide excellent customer service promoting repeat business
- Maintain established accounting controls including daily cash balancing
Experience: Minimum:
- 3-5 years' experience with, shipping and processing
- 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role
Preferred:
- 3+ years' experience recycling, receiving, shipping and processing
- 5+ years' experience in a leadership role
