Position: Operations Supervisor Responsible for managing In Line (ILI) field operations and leading Operations staff to align processes, workflows, deliverables, timeliness, HSE, and quality with internal and customer needs. Responsible for the regional Operation cost center. Primary duties include: Maintaining a zero-harm work environment, ensuring all HSE policies and procedures follow OSHA (region-specific), customer, and company requirements; Driving safety meeting participation, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, employing Human and Organization Performance (HOP) principles to achieve desired outcomes and culture; Consistently driving run success and data quality output at industry-leading levels, ensuring API 1163, NACESP0102, and ASNT ILI-PQ compliance; Driving completion of Post Action Reports and Root Cause Analysis, implementing correction/preventative actions; Staffing area operational personnel including Superintendents, Field Technicians, etc.; Leading continuous improvement projects throughout the Operations organization with an end goal of improving customer experience; Planning operational needs, including costs, equipment, ILI Tools, and personnel requirements; Supervising ILI field and shop activity ensuring compliance with HSE and Quality procedures, on-time delivery, and Standard Operating Procedures; Supervising maintenance and upgrades of ILI tools and support equipment; Understanding client operational expectations and execution to meet and/or exceed expectations; Ensuring capacity to meet strategic growth needs and commitment to exceeding customers expectations; Leading and mentoring cross-functional collaboration, communication, and personal development of team members, inspiring and motivating the Operations team to meet aggressive run schedules while maintaining safety and exceeding customer expectations; Providing constructive feedback on ILI Tools and Support equipment to Engineering, enabling continuous improvement and increased reliability; Driving completion of all required safety compliance training and job site-specific training; Ensuring all direct reports' expenses, bonuses, and time sheets are approved within the payment time frame; Ensuring expense submittals are completed following company guidelines; Managing finances of area operational cost center Opex and Capex. Minimum Requirements: Position requires 8 years of experience in oilfield, pipeline services, or similar industry. Must also have demonstrated experience with each of the following: Applying knowledge of magnetic flux leakage and liquid and gas pipeline hydraulics theories to the successful inspection of pipelines; Working with OSHA, industry, and customer safety regulations and training requirements; Mentoring and training field technicians and superintendents; ILI mechanical and electronic tool building, testing, and high-skilled troubleshooting with root cause analysis; Leading staff to align processes, goals, timeliness, and quality with customer needs.
