Responsibilities

+ Supervise daily operations, including managing personnel and ensuring smooth operations at the collections, transfer stations, and material recovery facilities.

+ Lead teams to balance workloads and adjust staffing as needed, ensuring seamless service even in case of absences or equipment failures.

+ Monitor equipment maintenance and repair, and provide hands-on support when needed.

+ Enforce safety policies, recommend process improvements, and optimize work conditions to boost operational efficiency.

+ Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage billing disputes while making recommendations for rate adjustments.

+ Investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining accurate records.

+ Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify and address rule infractions, optimize operations, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

+ Serve as a backup dispatcher and represent the company in community and business meetings.
