Plans, supervises, and implements procedures to ensure strong program performance, while overseeing outcomes for staff and clients.Position Description:Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operational functions of the site/location in accordance with the contract, licensing, certification, accreditation, and agency standardsMaintain site/location effectively while adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring safety, security, and environmental compliancePlan for necessary staff coverage, inventory and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and meeting of deadlines/goalsMay assist with budget development and ensure operation within budgetMaintain program and client workflow and delegate effectivelyCollaborate with Clinical Supervisor and Associate Director on initiatives for effective site operationsAssist in enhancing collaboration and cooperation between service lines to ensure service integrationDirect and supervise personnel by ensuring training needs are met and supervision occursAssure compliance with: site audits, peer reviews, and agency Continuous Quality Improvement initiativesGenerate outcome data and use for improvementMonitor and complete all reports according to contract, licensing, certification and accreditation standardsFollow protocols in responding to, reporting and resolving unusual incidentsMitigate risk using intervention skills and anticipate/prevent crisisRespond to and perform work as necessary to ensure site/location deadlines and operational goals are metWill participate in the hiring process of all reporting staffOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to interface with internal and external customersAbility to resolve conflict in an open, effective and timely mannerHigh attention to detailAbility to maintain and ensure appropriate boundaries with staff and clientsExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-taskSkill in providing supervision, coaching and development to staffJob Requirements:Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or related area or;Equivalent education/work experience2 years of supervisory experience or 5 years of operational/administrative support experienceValid drivers license and current auto insuranceEssential Functions/Physical Demands:Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned.
